"Account Suspended"?!?!?

Got this message today - totally surprised , as I try to log into my account every week or so to keep it active.
("Try" being the operative word here, as most of the time I get the "Sign in complete! Redirecting to the control panel.." screen and then a spinning icon - does it only count as an "official log in" when I actually see the Control Panel? Not complaining, just wondering)

Are there any firewalls, proxies or VPNs in place that would be blocking port 2083? Many workplaces and schools tend to do this.

In any case, the inactivity timer is reset when you login to the Account Control Panel. You do not necessarily have to see the cPanel homepage for it to reset.
