Account suspension!

Dear support,

I understand that you have suspended my account due to pornography.
I would not class our magazine as pornography as it is about many other things other
than glamour models and celebrities in artistic poses, like health and good living,
the latest fashion for women as well as men, the latest movie trailers and game news.

But I understand if you do not want nudity on your servers, so I just wondered if you could
enabled my account untill I can move servers with very little down time as i am spending
money and my time trying to promote the magazine, and the website being down will be
faital for my project.

So I can back up the SQL data and files and structure of the website.

Once i have changed the DNS and there changes have been confirmed I will contact you via telephone or email to tell you to close the account.

Please!

I would be very greatful and would still continue to link with your website as good faith,
and also good customer support on your behalf!

Please could you let me know the outcome of your verdict.

We can't unsuspende your account now, it was added to termination queue and will deleted soon.

Hi,

From the ToS that you agreed to on signing up:

x10Hosting does not allow any of the following content to be stored on its servers.

• Adult Material: Includes all pornography, erotic images, or otherwise lewd or obscene content. The designation of "adult material" is left entirely to the discretion of x10Hosting.

It is therefore for that reason your account was highlighted as breaking the agreement between yourself and x10Hosting, which has resulted in your account being suspended pending termination.

Not having seen the content of your images, I can't comment on the specifics, however, the ToS does not just address pornography, but also, as I have previously quoted verbatim, "erotic images, or otherwise lewd or obscene content".

I have lost everything all the money ive spent to print the free magazine, I just need the files and you can close the account I understand can i not do that?

Unless you honestly want to dispute that the content of your site is against the ToS, and have a second opinion, then the scheduled termination will take place. However, if on the second review, the suspension is found to be valid, it'll be terminated immediately and you could be banned.

I was able to find multiple sets of fully exposed breasts on your website. If you don't think that's pornography, please look up the word in the dictionary.

thankyou...o thank you so much...I understand that you need to terminate the hosting and am not against it i broke the rules I didnt see that i was doing wrong... I just really need the files/database backup....i am so sorry!
