Account UNsuspended ... but still suspended

I received 2 day ago a suspension notification due to inactivity.
I followed the instruction (logged into c-panel, click "Unsuspend" button").
I received an email saying that my account has been restored

Account Suspension Removed
This email notification is being sent to inform you that your web hosting account has been unsuspended by x10Hosting's administration.

• Your Website: http://robyp.x10host.com

At the moment my website is STILL UNAVAILABLE
Can somebody please take a look or tell what I have to do?

i feel so defeated with x10 yet again i received a random account unsuspended email without notification that it had been previously suspended an when i go to sign in it says suspended. can someone check on this please

You need to open an appeal. You are not suspended for inactivity.

i had tried to do an appeal however its asking for the reason it was suspended but i never got an email for that. just the fact that it had already been unsuspended which just so happens to be the same date they said it was suspended
