addon domains not work! MySQL Databases gone missing!

My Main Domain(things.x10hosting.com) was down 2-4 days ago!
Firstly, around 2-4 days, I was not be able to login the cPanel boru.x10hosting.com:2083
Then, today, it is on.
But my Addon Domains: iplay.net.ru is not work!
redirect to iplay.net.ru/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi
it shows:

When I logoin my cPanel
I see MySQL Databases gone missing(0/3)!
MySQL seems completely gone.

When i try to add a test db, it shows:
There are no databases associated with your account.

Ok, now addon domains is work!
But MySQL Databases still missing!
I try to add a new one, trying to restore it...but
can not make it work.
Able to add db and db user, cannot access it....phpMyAdmin cannot access

while my site is down i use the iProber to make a check!
I only use iProber to check the server statu.
I will remove the file aspa

Maybe because the service update...
I was hope that I will get some help from here, but i got the account suspended!
And then
account will not be unsuspended....
