You can host as many sites as you want on your account

yes, jsut add another domain as an addon domain. You can not create an additional x10hosting related sub domain, but there's a few services out there that offers free (sub) domains, http://co.cc is one for instance.

The addon domain will reside in its own sub folder to public_html
