Any reason why I got suspended for high-resource usage?

I don't seem to have that much traffic on my website and I've paused my development because of some personal matters. How come my account got suspended for high-resource usage? I managed to unsuspend it though but I just want to know what happened there?

Hello,

Looks like the Joomla installation you have under shadowslash.co.cc/sst is the cause. This is a short part from the log:

At the time that was logged, your account was using two full CPU plus 17 percent of a third one.

Do you have any cache functions activated? They are known to be rather resource intense as the content is added to the cache.
