wait can your ISP block web sites for you? Here there not allowed to, but mine is so unethical, and breaks laws every way imaginable that the probably would block web sites anyways.
I heard some countries in asia bans sites like youtube and proxies and things. I think it has to do with the politics
I think your ISP can save your history. I'm sure mine does. Those damn unethical rogers isp. lol I clear my history all the time. They contacted us once about downloading illegal stuff from a web site. So they must keep history logs of users.
I'm certain that in Canada, and the US they cannot legally block web sites. Although my ISP does block certain things on a web site I go to. Not allowed to use chat at all, they block the port it uses.
There should come an EU law next year for every EU country that all ISPs must cache and log everything you do on the internet for 1 year
