I was always skeptical about x10 until I tried it myself. I have to say it's a damn good webhosting service.

I was skeptical as well before I tried x10Hosting for myself. When I first visited the x10 Network, it was because of a website hosted on the Stoli server. I remember it at times going down, and one time while on vacation when it went down for about four days and never came up. Well, who knows. I'm usually a person who goes for something dispite reviews, and sure has this trait paid off in the long run.

Well, x10 is the best! I joined because the signup form looked interesting. Never had seen any host putting the whole signup proccess on 1 page

I would say best, but Stoli's been going up and down with the http. Still excellent though.

It's not the best free hosting out there, second only to the now-closed AddYour (which was epic) and the hosting my friend in england sometimes gives me. Both have cPanel, too. and neither of the other two required ads for more resources.

But for most things, I'd say x10 it the best solution for most.

How can a hosting be excellent when it is having an up and down problem????:nuts:

Some months ago, I would have agreed to the best free host but not untill the "upgrade" on the server started.
My friend referred me here but on the wrong time. Maybe the specs of x10 are excellent, I agree, but the uptime, lol, someone might be able to tell me. Whats the uptime for the last two months. Won't be suprised at 20%. (sorry 4 de exegeration. )

Yeah, I completely agree. X10 absolutely kills every other free host and nearly every other paid host. The only slight advantage that certain "big" corporate hosts (bluehost, hostmonster) have is unlimited bandwidth and a huge amount of storage space... but these really only come into play if you're hosting the next Myspace or Wikipedia.

Im sure x10 would increase the storage space upon request if you needed it.

This is the best hosting provider I have run across.

When I visited other hosting sites, they to tell the truth did not appeal to me. But x10hosting.com the main page really grabbed my attention, it made a great impression. So I tried it, and here I am....still with x10hosting.com

I am not sure where I would have gone if x10 did not make a great first impression, as I always go with my first impression.

My stepmother uses Mommas Domains for her web hosting. and they want to charge you for hosting. Then charge you for MySQL databases, then charge you for FTP, email, bandwith, etc. It is terrible how much they want you to pay. X10 > Paid Hosting

As for free hosting, I have used Freewebs, Homewithgod, Bravenet, and a couple others not worth mentioning. But they all wanted you to show there advertisements (no choice); not to mention that Freewebs put this giant banner at the bottoms of the page which doesn't allow you to see the last 120px of your page. Freewebs won't even let you use HTML forms anymore.

The only thing I don't like about X10 is the signup procedure. Biggest pain ever. it almost scared me away. So you guys might want to do something about that.

There is a brand new website and backend system coming our way in the coming days and weeks. That might have a different way of signing up than is currently there now.

Once i found this i stick to it. I like the x10hosting.

I remember when I had to make constant back ups of my site and jump from host to host, and registering so many e-mails, but it all stopped when I came to x10, hope many more years to come

All the other hosts I've been with SUCKS!!!

x10 is by far the best web host I've came across.

I stumbled from host to host, unhappy with many things. It was always something. Then I found x10 and havent looked back. I dont think I ever will. And anyone who ever needs a host, I tell them to go over to x10. The support is pretty good most of the time. The features they give you are really great. Their paid hosting isnt expensive. They have VPS now. And there's so many other GREAT things that x10hosting has that makes them as great as they are. I dont know if I could even list it all. But its all just awesome!

Yeah I agree, A friend of mine turned my on to x10hosting and I have to say It really is great. I had used some other places in the past, and I gotta say that none of them held a candle to x10. I mean cmmon, mysql and php support for free, you just can't go wrong. And I also really enjoy the cpanel that they have, its so much easier that the other site that I used to use. x10 Rules! I can't say that X10 is the best paid hosting (mostly because I never tried another service), but x10 is better than many paid hosts, does a great job and really endorses people who want to learn web developing. Thumbs up for x10 and all it's staff! You too under appreciated forum moderators! :biggrin:

@Max - Really?? If it is, I have no idea. I've never read them. I just wrote how I felt about x10hosting. That was the point, correct? They are awesome, they do rock, they have great services at great prices. The support is usually great. The features you get for just a free host is insane. And I truly would tell anyone, who needed a host, to go to x10. Hands down.
