It seems there is a script running on your account that is consuming a lot of server resources. You need to track it down.

We have a zero tolerance policy against nulled scripts, and you won't get suspended.

If you bought the script from other site than the official site, then it's 99.99% probably nulled.

You'll need to delete the script, then ask an admin to unsuspend you, or vice versa, depending on whether or not you can access FTP in the suspended status.

STP, kindly re-read some of the topics involving nulled script suspensions; the Zero Tolerance policy basically says that because of the nulled/warezed scripts on the account, it will -not- be unsuspended for any reason, and instead is already scheduled to be terminated.

There is nothing that can be done, short of waiting for the account to be terminated, then recreate it from scratch WITHOUT the nulled scripts, so it doesn't get suspended twice.

Side note: While suspended, all access to the account is blocked; he can't use FTP, and cPanel will reject the login.

We'll never ever unsuspend for that reason

For the record... Nulled means that it bypasses the system that protects the software from theft. Think of it as bypassing Windows' product activation.

It is for that reason that the account will be terminated and all files deleted.

Okay, thanks Livewire for the information.

I have read threads previously where admin have temporarily unsuspended accounts for the retreival of data etc, and to allow users to remove any scripts not allowed on x10.

I'm sorry if I've misled anyone :)

They've never done that. Zero tollerance is zero tollerance.

Actually around 1-2 years ago it occasionally was done, but then in one of the last x10 newsletters Corey handed down the Zero Tolerance policy - violate the TOS with warez/porn, and it goes away permanently. Nothing recent has the mods/admins unsuspending for porn/warez though.
