Broken mail form and can't submit support tickets on Illuminated

It has recently come to my attention that the "Quick Contact" form on the left hand side of my web site (www.ccandrsf.com) is no longer delivering mail to my inbox like it is supposed to (probably since early January). I have not made any changes to the site or email setup for quite some time. I'm missing out on business and looking bad :(

I tried submitting a support ticket, but it just looks like the page refreshes every time I click the "Create Ticket" button. Same thing happens in different web browsers.

Please help!

Am I in the wrong place for this? x10's support seemed pretty good until I needed help this year (2015). Seems like support for paying (Illuminated) customers has been dropped or something. Really not happy with x10 right now. If there is anybody at x10 (or elsewhere for that matter) who cares and is willing to help... please do! I really don't feel like migrating my web site to a new host any time soon but might have to if I can't get a little support from x10.

I'm sorry this thread slipped by. I just tried to submit a test message through your Quick Contact form, and it appears that my message was successfully delivered to your "ryan" email address without any issues. Is there a specific message that is not going through, perhaps? :)

Thanks for your response Dead-i,

I am still not receiving ANY messages sent through that form in my inbox, not even the one you just sent. Really odd, as they are definitely not showing up in my spam box or anywhere else either. Since I have not made any changes to my web site or email system for quite some time, I assume there to be an issue on x10's servers....

Might you have any other suggestions, or ideas?

That form still seems to be broken. Just to reiterate, I have not made any changes to my web site or my email system, this form just seemed to have randomly stopped working some time early January.

I used to be able to submit support tickets as an Illuminated customer, but now the support ticket form seems to be broken. What is going on???

Any further advice would be much appreciated...

Hi,

Your email ryan@(domain).com was blocked by our outbound scanning server for a large amount of emails being sent--presumably because of your contact form. If you haven't, I would recommend putting some sort of Captcha protection on the form so it cannot be used for spam.

As for the tickets, I am looking into that issue today. I thought I had resolved it a month ago.

Strange, I've had a CAPTCHA built into that form for pretty much ever. If you check my web site (link in OP), you will see the CAPTCHA on the left hand side of the page. When I originally implemented this CAPTCHA (at least 3 years ago), I immediately stopped getting spam emails from robots that were abusing this form. I have not had any issues with getting excessive junk mail through this form (since installing that CAPTCHA years ago), so I'm not sure where this "large amount of emails" is coming from.

Is it possible for you to unblock my email address so that my form works again?!?? Please?

I unblocked the email address when I posted that first message--sorry! forgot to mention.

Although that sounds good... I just tested the form, and still am not receiving any messages.
Are you sure it has been unblocked? Maybe something else is still blocking it?

Just started receiving really weird random spam today. They are all pretty much messages that look like they were meant for someone other than me, and were clearly NOT sent using the "Quick contact" form on my web site.

Contact form on my web site is still broken (i.e. not receiving messages sent using "Quick contact" on web site in my inbox). Can someone please sort out this issue once and for all? Getting extremely frustrated now, and about ready to ask for a refund for my Illuminated purchase.....

Where are you checking your email? Your email account is currently setup at google. Is this where you're checking the mail?

Also, it appears that your email account on the server itself (with the same name r***@ccand***.com) is compromised and being used to send spam: https://labs.neilhanlon.com/ss/2015-03-06_1437.png I have changed the email account password to prevent this from continuing.

That is correct, I check my email using Gmail. I have no problems receiving email, and haven't had problems receiving messages from that form until a month or so ago.

I do not use the email account on x10's server. I think I created that account a long time ago, and abandoned it.

Okay, finally some good news!

My test message also came through (albeit, about an hour after having sent it). If there is any way to make these message get through quicker I'd appreciate anything you can do about that, otherwise, I think I'll stick with x10 a little longer ;)
