Can not create a x10 account

Hello i want to create a x10 account but i am unable to do so i its is showing country block usa please help

If your ISP's IP 'country code' is not on x10hosting's "Whitelist" -:- or you are using a proxy -:- or you are using VPN -:- or you are using something like TOR --- you CAN NOT setup or open a x10hosting's free-hosting account -- this is a computer (system) setting and staff can not bypass (override) it

The "Whitelist" 'country code' and some other restrictions do not apply to Premium, and VPS service plans - except when U.S.A. law prohibits your ISP's IP 'country code'

A IP's 'country code' is removed form x10hosting's "white list" when the ratio of all accounts at x10hosting from that country to accounts that are deleted (terminate) for being outside of the TOS (Terms of service) from that country reaches a set amount OR when U.S.A. law prohibits that country

My Ip address is 198.144.116.155 it is not block as it is showing that usa is allow and i am not using any vpn or poxy to bypass

You done fast travel in that case, as the IP you are currently using for posting is not that one, but one located in India. I also see that the account confirmation for your forum account was done from the same IP you currently post from.
This leads me to think you tried to bypass the block by using a proxy service as India is not on the white list right now.

The image you posted is conflicting with the IP address we have on record that you are posting from. The IP address you posted from resolves to a mtnl.net.in address (India), and is different from the IP address you provided.

Regardless of the image you posted, we can only judge whether you are applicable to create an account based on the IP address you are using: an Indian IP address.

The IP 198.144.116.155 is a corporate IP address belonging to a hosting service, which leads me to believe it is coming from a VPN of some sort.

Additionally, if you were indeed in the US, the date and time shown in the bottom right would be using US settings (e.g. 12-hour time using AM/PM and the date in the month/day/year format), which further proves that you are simply attempting to lie to us.
