Can not login: FTP, Webmail, and cPanel

Hi,

I CAN login to the Account Management Panel at
https://x10hosting.com/control/

using "Email Address or Username"
afge2341customer@gmail.com


Also, I CAN login to the forums at
https://x10hosting.com/forums/

using "user name"
afge2341


PROBLEM #1

I can not login to FTP.

Hello,

After the recent migration, passwords seem to have become messed up on the server (likely why cPanel and ftp does not accept the password), could you please try reseting the password in the account panel? This will update the password for cPanel, ftp, account panel and forum.
