We have disallowed sign ups from your internet provider due to abuse.

thats the message i get whenever i want to signup again

It looks like you are signing up through a VPN or proxy. Please try disabling your VPN or proxy and try again. :)

im not.
i even tried signing up through ucweb on my phone and im getting the same thing.
when i tried using opera browser i get a message saying im using network proxy.
im confused :(

Your IP address is resolving to an IP to "100tb.com", which appears to be a dedicated server host. This means that you are probably running a VPN or proxy. Please could you try the following:

- Verify that there are no browser extensions in place that could be doing this, such as ones that allow you to bypass certain filters.
- Ensure that there are no proxy or VPN software installed on your computer, and no proxy listed in your browser's proxy settings. You may want to try another browser.
- Run a virus/malware scan.

What is your Internet Service Provider's name?

i guess it was the wifi.
but when i use wired and modem i get network proxy error message
