Can't access Cpanel or site for many days now

It has been many days now that I cannot access my site or c-panel.
Log in successful but fails to load c-panel also cannot see the site online or access via ftp..

Anybody else having these issues?

Hi, I have a couple of questions:

1) What server are you on?
2) What is your domain name?
3) What browser are you using?
4) Have you tried other browsers?

It's not a browser problem I tried them all, even using ftp program won't connect.. The problem ain't on my end..

Are you sure your site didn't get suspended and it happened to get deleted?

yes I'm sure, at log in say login successful then tries to load cpanel and times out.. a few day's a go had a page that showed a message thank you for installing the new cpanel .. I though they were doing updates or something but now this is been too long...

I have the same problem with a different account also and started a week after setting it up..

unfortunately no I don't know the server name
wonderblunt.x10.mx and dmg.x10.mx are my domains..

Do you have any firewalls, proxies, or anything similar in place that could be blocking port 2083? Many workplaces and schools do this.

No nothing changed.. my other domains I have work fine, just those 2 don't work ...

The IP was indeed blocked. @wonderbl you should now be able to login and view your site properly again.

@descalzo: The reason no one were able to check that prior is you actually need ssh for this on vox atm, that part is not present in WHM right now.

Hi Thanks for the help however now I just tried to log in and got this error:

The logins has been a hit and miss today with intermittent issues, I have notified admins with access to that system, they have however not got back to me confirming they have read the notices.

I still can't see the site or log in to cpanel ... ftp anit working either.

Cant log in cPanel. (server is Absolut I think.)

Noticed my users where not getting emails. i can log into my sites CMS. but not cPanel.

tried again. "Error Report ID: 5319c87d-8fe4-4151-a92a-ac0539b52dca"

Update 2:
Is now working.

Your IP is not blocked this time, do you get any errors? If so, could you please give the full error message you get?

Trying to load cpanel returns page can not be displayed.
It says log in successful , redirecting and fails to load.. I tried in all browsers and same happens.
Also disabled firewall and all protection and same happens..

Viewing website same as cpanel can not be dispayed.
