can't access cpanel

Could be suspended cuz I've been outta touch, but the forum says they were all unsuspended. I'm on lotus. Thank You

Hello,

No one was unsuspended automatically. However we did move things about a bit, and only accounts that were unsuspended at the time of maintenance start was automatically migrated, for the rest they need to request it.

It is possible that it was terminated if you were gone for a good while, though for the past month no terminations has been run as far as I know, so that would mean you'd need to have been absent at least 2 month+ for the account to actually be deleted.


I can not see a hosting account linked with the forum account you are currently using, in order to check what the status is of your hosting account we need to know our cPanel (hosting) account user name.
