Can't access cPanel

my account logs in, but I can't get to cPanel.

Also, my website times out and doesn't load. Any way to correct this?

I too can login but not access cpanel, load my website, or establish an FTP connection. A web page on this account resolves to IP address 198.91.81.4 (which does not responds to pings)

I have another x10 account that can do all of the above. A "ping" of that account, shows its IP add to be 198.91.81.3 and it does answer to pings.

Ive checked this from computers using Verizon or Comcast as the ISP, and neither can access the account hosted on 198.91.81.4.

It's an issue with the server. We're rebooting it.
