Can't access my ftp

Hi everyone
I can't seem to access my ftp from filezilla or notepadd++
my website : www.entendu.info (entendu.x10.mx)
ftp : ftp.entendu.x10.mx

Worked fine yesterday and stopped working...

my connection with the cpanel works fine and the file manager of the cpanel can access my website without problem

Could you try using entendu.x10.mx as your FTP host?

If you are still having problems, please provide the specific error message you are getting

Does say "Login authentication failed" which would indicate a password issue, did you by any chance change the password in your account portal recently? If you did that would also apply to accessing ftp when using your cPanel login name for access.
