cant add FTP user

anyone else having this problem? when i click add FTP account nothing happens.
tried with 3 different PCs/browsers

There was an issue with the basic theme, which as far as I know should be resolved now. Are you still having an issue with this?

This might be a bug with the x10Hosting Basic control panel. I'll pass this on to our administrators, but please feel free to use the cPanel x3 theme instead using the self-switcher in the top right corner, in the meantime.
