I received an invoice for my account renewal, bur I can't log in to clients.x10hosting.com. I get a return "An error occured. Please try again." This has gone on for days, and I'm afraid my account will be suspended soon. Any ideas?
Hi. I'm an X10premium customer too and I got worried, so I tried to log in. emm, I think you're using the wrong url. Shouldn't it be https://clients.x10premium.com/login not x10hosting. X10hosting is the free service, x10premium is the, well premium.
Aha, yes they do! I'd only ever used the x10premium link. Good to know, thanks Anna! Incidentally, just realised I have had a premium account for 2 years now. I love x10premium!
