Can't log into Control Panel

I have a problem to get in control panel. I am using my id: aktarb the same, i use to log in
forums.

This is my free hosting plan.

there is no such cPanel username as "aktarb".

Have you been inactive for more than 24 days?

I too have facing a same type of problems often.so pls tell me how to avoid this problem,

to avoid having your account suspended, you need to login to the forums (here) at least once every two weeks.

Should you miss that and get suspended for inactivity, you have 10 days to request unsuspension (you can do that through account panel), if you do not request unsuspension within the 10 days period the account is terminated, meaning all data are permanently lost.
