Can't login to my "File Manager"

Hey guys, I have no problem logging into my x10hosting account. However, when it redirects to https://xo4.x10hosting.com:2083/login/ Firefox gives me an error that connection cannot be established. I noticed on the forums that xo3 and xo4 had problems...so I am wondering should I wait or create a report?

PS: I didn't switch to cPanel so I should have a regular x10hosting view...

Hi,

There doesn't appear to be any problems on xo4 right now, and I can't see anything that would be interfering with your connection. Please could you verify that there are no proxies, firewalls or VPNs in place that could be blocking port 2083? Many workplaces and schools tend to do this.

It's probably the internet at my University. I'll try it when I get back home! Thanks for the help

You can also reach out to your Univserity's Helpdesk or Network Operation team and see if they're filtering it out, and kindly ask them to remove the filter
