change domain name error

I need to change my domain name because I lost my old co.cc password and can't renew. I have been trying to change it in your modify domain name but it gives me an error code. Error Code: 95C89945

Also I have been trying to access my cpanel and it always says that login falied may you help me out..Thanks in advance.

Hello,

I have started the restore for your account, it should be available in a couple hours. You might need to update the password, as it is a known issue that passwords does not work properly after migrations.

Once the account is restored you should be able to update the domain for your account.

I'll close this ticket, you can re-open it by clicking "Administrative" if the account is not back in working order in 24 hours.

thanks for the password change. Now my problem is my domain change. So I have changed the domain name in "modify domain" and it has done it successfully. The problem is that they don' appear to connect to each other. Am I right that the DNS Servers are:

ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com

Am I missing a step that why they are not synced. Thanks for the help again.

DNS can take as long as 48 hours to settle in (DNS propagation).

What is the domain you want to use? The one I see as your main (ux2clan.co.cc) does properly work for me, showing an under construction page.
