Change server name

I tried to signup to cloud flare and it says exactly this.
"Finishing up. Waiting for your name servers to change to rita.ns.cloudflare.com and sid.ns.cloudflare.com. Please allow your registrar up to 24 hours to complete this process (info)"

How do i do this if possible

It's not you that does anything now. DNS has to propagate which takes time.

The answer is:
If you have a custom domain you do it at your registrar.
If you use one of our free subdomains you can't, and you should use the cloudflare addon in cPanel which would sort that part out for you.
