Changing domain name

Hello,

Would it be possible to change my domain to a different domain? easynews.x10.mx to ukraine.x10host.com? I was wondering if its better to delete the account and start over with the same email address, but didn't know if the email would be blocked after deleting the account.

You can request to get them changed via the forums, yes.

Hi Steve,

In your control panel, please can you go to Support (in the top-right), and then choose "Visit Forums"? I can change your domain, but I need you to post from the forum account linked to your hosting account, for verification reasons.

I tried to link the account but I'm getting an HTTP 500 Internal Error. Not sure if it linked, but i'll keep trying.

Alternatively you could login and post from the account that is currently linked, should say on the page you get to after clicking "Visit forums". Password for that forum account should be the same as you use to login to the portal.

Thanks for the suggestion Anna, however after I click Visit Forums, I am not logged in. The account I created on the forums is with the same email address and password though.
The error I get when trying to link is "The xo2.x10hosting.com page isn’t working"

Is there any way other way to link the accounts? I keep trying but the accounts are unable to link.
