just say you want your account restored ad you username to cpanel and you subdomain or domain name

also change the dept to backup restore

But... I don't know... Is that ticket the same which we should open in the post "to get your account fixed"? Because I've already opened one, but I don't know if I've to open another...
And people're talking about doing a back up of their site, but... how? I can't acces my FTP/Cpanel, DB...

Please annwers my questions....
My site has been down for more than 10 days, and visitors don't stop asking me....

yea its the same system but instead you need to chose the restore/backup department so the staff no that you want your account backed up and restored.

explain your situation in the ticket corey probably still has your account backed up

I hope this will solve all the downtime I always get every day, so do what you have to do. I go with option 3 so back up my account.

I voted for Option 3, and sent a ticket. How can I backup my own stuff, my site has been down all day. No way to get to cPanel either..

well I think 1 Is a nice option, to get a backup
and then only give the accounts to the people who request
And option 3, I don't understand the ticket option =S
but if we get the site up again I think option 3 is nice too
I vote 3 ^^ But What is a Ticket? A kind of request?

You could probably first delete the users who signed up a while ago and didnt't register.

yeh how do we back up if we cant get to our sites?

mine is still down after sending my backup/restore ticket.

as long as i get my account back it doesnt matter which option however having a backup restored would be fastest for me as i would need a week to upload all my files again.

Good, because downtimes have become frequent, and hopefully this would fix it all. It will give me a good time to regroup my Ideas and produce a nice functional template instead of having just a forum.

Choice number 1, Will be Cleanest. Maybe the fastest. Will have the server running great with no unused accounts.

I see it as the best way to go.

I've submitted a suport ticket but I still plan to make a backup of my own as soon as I can get into cPanel again, but for now I am making somewhat of a custom backup via my FTP client.

Okay, i filled out a ticket for option 3, but I'm having troubles backing up my files.

Since my Cpanel is down for my account, I can't really get in and access my file manager.. is there any way for us to get into our accounts to get the data before the server is cleared?

ill go with 3 because 2 is making the server lagg and 1 i dont have space to back up my site
