difference between Ad hanced and adfree

Sir,

I have some doubts please solve them ..
1) I applied for adfree plan not adenhanced plan .Then why it's showing ads on my site?

2) If ads are displayed by me what is the profit for you and if ads are by you ,what is the profit for me .Just i want confused.

1. It shouldn't show ads if you applied for ad-free. If it does, and you got your own domain and switched from another host that had ads, it is possible that ou still are seeing the old site.

2. The profit for us is that we can pay the servers and continue offering hosting. The profit for you is that you get more bandwidth and space for your files, and you get more sql databases etc.

It seems that you stil have the default Index.html from x10hosting.

By deleting the file in the /public_html/ folder, and uploading your own, the page will disappear and the ads will be gone.
