How long ago did you make the change? There is something called propagation time to consider, usually sorted within a couple hours, but in rare cases it can take longer.
On a site that lets you check the propagation it seems only two of the tested locations is aware of the change: https://www.whatsmydns.net/#NS/hereitglows.com

I am now beyond 48hrs and still the same thing... Do I need to contact the registrar, or is this an x10 problem??

At least it isn't just me I guess.... Going to bed now, when I awaken, that will make 72hrs no resolution, no support.:banghead: With all due respect, I know it's a free service but sheesh.... offer support or don't

1. Open a command prompt in Windows
2. Type nslookup and then Enter key
3. Type set type=NS
4. Now try some sites, cnn.com, google.com, etc. Just type in the site name and then Enter.
5. Now try hereitglows.com

EDIT/ADD/DOH: Didn't work the first time. But did work the second time I tried it. Strange.

Non-authoritative answer:
google.com nameserver = ns4.google.com

google.com nameserver = ns2.google.com

ns3.google.com internet address = 216.239.36.10
ns2.google.com internet address = 216.239.34.10
ns4.google.com internet address = 216.239.38.10

k, what am I looking for here...? All WHOIS services, EXCEPT the one that Anna mentioned, show that the correct x10 nameservers are being used... (networksolutions.com/whois, who.is, whois.domaintools.com, etc ,etc)

hey guys - any chance this gets resolved relatively soon? I definitely have my domains name servers pointed correctly to x10. godaddy is the registrar.

Hello, there's no hosting account attached with the forum account you are currently posting from so I can not look your account up. Please use proper forum account for support requests, if you don't know what that is or wish to change it, please log into the portal and go to "Get Support" -> "Visit Forums". On the popup there you will see information about the linked forum account as well has see an option to re-link with an existing forum account.
Being able to look things up helps to narrow down if it is isolated to one server (the other two in this thread are on the same thread) or if it is an issue with more then one server.

Hi Jessica, the issue with adding your domain as an addon domain has been resolved. It was due to a change in the cPanel API.

Hey Bryon - I saw the domain added, unfortunately I went in and removed it because it was trying to point to a subdirectory underneath my base /public_html/ folder, and I was trying to change that behavior to get it to point at my primary "public_html" folder instead. Sadly, I can't re-add it and am getting the same error I was before :(

The domain has now successfully been set as a parked domain in your account (which makes it point to public_html).

Allowing users to set unregistered domains in their account is not something we'd want to be doing as that could lead to some issues.

Well, how come nobody sees the change now? Have I been kicked out of the Eastern Block?
