I get an error "Error 500 Internal Server Error." and I dont know what to do to stop it..

I was about to buy web hosting once i get things finished and ready to back up and switch over but Im sceptical now, I dont want any funny business to happen when I buy the hosting and loose all the work I have done..

Will this contenu to happen? Is it only me?

could it be a DDo's?

I cant even access my site sometimes, it wont even connect, as if the site is dissapearing off the internet.

At the moment it seem to all work as expected which makes it hard to check what actually caused it in the first place.

However, with paid hosting, which is on completely separate servers and have dedicated staff, it would surely be a more stable journey, and the dedicated staff also calls for faster replies to questions.

Thats great news, thank you both for your response.

If I was to purchase premium hosting, will all my files and databases be transfered?

Hi worldwi4,

On the signup form for x10Premium there is a section where you can transfer your x10Hosting free account to the x10Premium servers. I believe this will transfer everything over if you provide your username in the textbox provided.

Thank you,
