Yes, I'm still having 503 errors. I've tried:

Accessing smbhd.x10.mx and clicking on "here".
Accessing smbhd.x10.mx/index.php directly.

When trying to access the forums it doesn't load at all

How do I make it load? What's wrong? Is it the server, or the document?

Now it gives me a 404 error. The file exists, why is it doing this?

No more 404, but still a 503.

The problem was that you passed your database name as the hostname parameter to mysqli_connect in your dblogin.php file.

I've changed it to localhost for you, and you're now having an error with "Table 'smbhdx10_ym96.board' doesn't exist"

It appears your schema isn't in the database.
