Error message escalated but cant see support ticket

Hi,

i had an error while signing up and , i think it was boss is the best who escalated it to support ticket but when i go to the site it shows that i dont have any support tickets?
pls help

Are you logging in with lnljamat as your username? (It is the same account as the one you are using right now)

yes im logging in with that,
a password had been sent to my email, asking me to sign in using my email address and this password, but when i do that it shows that meail/pass incorrect.
so i am signing in with lnljamat

It has to be your forum username, even though it says email.

That is probably due to bug in ticket escalation..

lnljamat: If you login to account panel (http://x10hosting.com/panel.php), does it say anything about an account pending creation or give you an option to retry?

The error you reported in the other thread translates to: "could not connect to server" which most likely was just a temporary problem.

yes it gave me the option of retrying, so i retried and again it gave the same error
