error with prime membership

2010.11.27 i bought prime membership and now my old membership is gone.

Before purshasing prime membership i had this:

And my all FTP configs from CPanel gone.

Help me please.

Yes, the Prime is a replacement for the previous double all deal, and only doubles from the base package.

I can set you back to doubleall2 as you had, but that will NOT give you the benefit of extra resources available for script executions on the server. The forum related perks, such as access to "Prime Member Forum" and the inactivity timer would still apply though.

I can also extend your Prime Membership as a compensation to the fee you paid for the double all x2 you had.

Not sure why the ftp configs disappeared though, will have to investigate that.

That means that I can set it to expire in november 2012 instead of november 2011.

The inactivity timer is still on, so you do not need to worry about logging in here at the forums for a year now.

I posted older screenshot, because i do not had newer one of my old plan. But i had unlimited disks pace and bandwith usage.
I guess that was my biggest mistake to buy prime membership , because i had good enough plan for me before.

adfree-adfree-doubleall2 should not have unlimited disk and bandwidth, if you had that's probably something that happened during an server update. I'll sort that for you though since that's what you had.

i do not know if it is an error, but i can't make ftp accouts with my parked domains prefixes. Only allowing with "account.exofire.net"
