Yes its back but phpmyadmin does not work it says #2003 - The server is not responding still

It may just be your computer, can you please clear your browser cache?

As Boss said, we have word that it's been taken care of.

Yes i have done that and its till the same mysql databaces are working but i cannot use phpmyadmin
