Hello,

It would appear that my hosting has been terminated or suspended.

I was curious if there was a fee to either upgrade to a paid account so it cannot go into suspension again or pay a fee to get a back-up of the data my account contained.

Unfortunately, there is no backups of terminated accoutns, and there is no way of returning the data.

You could either pay $3 for the 1-year inactivity timer to keep your account from being suspended for inactivity for one year, or pay monthly for a paid package.

What was your cPanel username so I could confirm if and when it was terminated?

im pretty confident my cPanel username is "evan.richardson"

had an auto-filler and just formatted the machine im on.

the cPanel name can only contain 8 chars, so it could not have been that one.

Other possible choices?

Assuming this is/was your domain: evanrichardson.x10hosting.com it does seem likely that your account has been terminated, as there's no record of that in the system.

the other username could have been evanr for cpanel...

is there any way to retrieve a back-up for a fee?

I checked that user name and I found a record of it being terminated on November 14th.

There is unfortunately no back-ups to retrieve, when an account is deleted, so is all data.
