Fatal error linking new forum account to new hosting account

I created a new free hosting account a few days ago and tried to link it to my new forum account following these instructions

I get an error:
An Error Occurred

Unfortunately a fatal error has occurred with processing your request. Please try again soon.

ps: sperko is my old account that I'm trying to get rid of

I ran into the same error. My x10/cPanel username is: kolbysx1
Can someone check to see if they are already linked?

Just to make things clear, my old forum account (this one) has automatically linked to my new hosting account and I am trying to un-link this so I have a fresh forum account to go along with my new hosting account, I will PM you the username of the new hosting account and new forum account if you need it to check because I don't want anything connecting this one to that one, thanks
