How do I restart apache service or any other services, currently memory allocation failed and the web site is not functional. I need to restart the apache services and release some memory.

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 491520 bytes) in /home/pkumalj/public_html/dapwe/wp-content/plugins/tdo-mini-forms/admin/tdomf-form-options.php on line 696

thanks,

It's not apache's fault, or any service's "fault"

The PHP memory exhaustion level is set to where it currently is, and you can't change it.

Restarting services won't do anything, it's a configuration option.

Sorry!

I have the same problem with some built in wordpress stuff... just deal with it, or upgrade to paid. That's all I can offer to you. :(

Your trying to use more memory than your allowed to use from the looks of it.
depending on the site, you may need to disable some plugins that are memory intensive.

You are using too much memory. If you need more memory you need to get a paid plan or a VPS

Now I cannot get back in wp-admin at all. There is no way for me to change anything without getting the fatal error. How can I do something about it?

This happens after upgrading myStat plug-in
