I created mine last night with paypal and no money in account got an email saying it was unfulfilled then I just got am email a few minutes ago that was from register.com aysing they appoligize and it has been registered so I got my new domain name now www.stillphotomemories.ca

everything was taken care of by register.com.

So it still works but I'd say if you don't have credit card like me they will accept paypal
But where does it give you an option to use paypal???
It just takes you straight to the page to enter your credit card details...

you have to wait at least 60 days from registering before your domain name is unlocked by register.com

It gave you the paypal option because you didn´t use the free option domain, if you buy it in the normal way and not using the free option you are able to use paypal, so, i assume that you pay for it, even if you don´t have any funds on it, you had to enter your credit card info.

by the way. my mom credit card´s is new and gets declined all the time, any ideas why ?

After 60 days you can transfer the domain to another domain registrar to avoid paying their high fees after the first year.

Is it complicated to do that?

OK, I have a little over 400 credits (I know it's little), if somebody could pretty please make me a domain, I'll give him/her my entire amount of credits. PM me for any details.

It's a real pain in the a** not to have an international credit card.
