frequent auto suspension

Hello my account has been suspended serveral times even though i had logged into the control panel the forum the support and my web disk each day since opening the account.

Could you investigate this and tell me if this normal as i cannot afford to be suspended as my work is in public view.

Hi Antonio,

At the moment your hosting account is not suspended.

You have to login to Forums(here) atleast every 31 days to avoid inactivity suspension. Login into Cpanel or Account panel is not count as activity. Only forum login counts.

suspension reason was inactivity, remember to always visit the forums prior to requesting (or immediately after) an unsuspension to clear the timer, otherwise your account could be flagged as inactive if the check is run before you login to the forums.

(Sorry in advance for hijacking this thread)

I'm trying to get WBB3 onto my webspace, but I keep getting suspended for high resource use.
I had managed to get WBBLite 2 onto it ok, but now that I'm upgrading to the full version of it, I can't install it because of these suspensions.

I have been suspended twice already, and I'm not sure how I can install it without getting suspended again.


Any and all help is welcome.

You should always create your own support thread when you need assistance.

I don't even know what wbb3 is, but fact is not all scripts are suitable to be run on a free hosting environment due to the amount of resources they use.
