FTP/cPanel

I tried FTP using FileZilla today and could not log in. No error messages appears. It's been several weeks and still cannot use FTP client s/w to access my web files (ie; FileZilla or WS_FTPLite).

I tried logging onto my cPanel but will not let me (ejweb.pcriot.com:2082 ?). Only says that it's either an invalid account name or password. I have not changed either. I've noticed my files have been restored from backups but different from what I had.

? Is CGI/Perl enabled for CGI/Perl email forms? (still have not received a straight answer nor is it in the forums)

Hello,

Regarding login issues, have you tried reseting the password through account panel? It is a known issue that the password got messed up in the migrations.

I can see if we got a more resent backup if you want, it is possible you did change something after your account was packaged for transport, we should in that case have a more recent on the backup server as a full backup was taken as the last thing before server going offline. Might still be a gap of a couple hours though, during which changes made would be lost.

Regarding CGI/Perl, that should work on all servers according to Corey.
