Global Update(MySQL, Issues, Etc.)

Well My forum was inactive for a while so it was suspended, but I wanted to login and use that link to unsuspend my account because I want to host something for my friend.
but when I log-in i get this:

Please enter your cPanel username below, you will receive an E-mail with further instructions. Be sure to have the same E-mail address registered with your cPanel account that your forum account has!
Account Username:

then I fill in my Account username and I get this:
An Error Has Occurred
The hosting username you specified does not exist.

So I thought my Account was deleted, so I try to register a new one, but it says you already have a account USE IT!

So...is there anyway to use x10hosting again?
or is this just due to the upgrades?

I think the backup will take you to a time before you were banned. Just wait it out

I don't think you should be happy. Absolut is also down you see...

Server and all that update:
I've started the final backup transfer of the databases and such just as a last precaution against losing data. I'm going to head to bed since this transfer is going to take a while. We will start Stoli sometime tomorrow, it has a lot fewer accounts though larger, since the cPanel issues we are facing with the transfers seem to be due to transfers and not size I think it will go much faster.

Thanks to everyone for being patient, this has really turned into a huge mess. We're getting through it though, one account at a time.

I want to know something ,I had changed my primary domain day before yesterday,today it changed back to the previous one,and even though i had changed the domain i still had to login into the old domain yesterday

I had read somewhere in this forum that somehting like this happened to another ser also,can you please tell me by what time around can this problem be rectified
I have to actually submit my doamin name for adsense registration

How can I see when I will have mysql acces? I just registered here last week but unfortunately I cannot connect to mysql (explained by the mysql problem in the startpost) but I do not know on what server I am nor do I know what account number I have. I only know I registered last week...

Here is a bit of new infor... no longer getting the Apace screen... account is not resolving at all now it seems... here is what i get from main x10hosting login.

An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue.

I'm on absolut and my website (sbonline.exofire.net) is still showing the "Great Success ! Apache is working on your cPanel® and WHM™ Server" page. I thought all of the accounts were already transferred back to absolut.

My database still has not been restored, Showing in new ctrl panel there is no fantastico software. My index.html page is the only thing working. ftpd is not functioning. All files for my site forum are in the file manager but nothing working. Automatic installer was used creating my database for my smf forum but I cannot createthe original.
Plz someone help me with my site!!!!!!!

Everyone is complaining about their MySQL databases not working, but my http site still isn't working, it still shows the apache page.

I think the smart thing is to take the rest of January off.

Give Corey and X10Hosting time to fix all this, it clearly is still a really major challenge. I'm sure no one has been silly enough to bet their livelihood on free hosting, so this can only be a game for us, right?

Go out, take walks, enjoy winter turning into spring, rediscover conversations with family and friends, delight in nature, have picnics (bbq's if in Southern hemisphere), take up a brand new hobby, learn to cook, dance, do yoga, origami, perhaps even read. Invite a friend for lunch, and don't use anything electrical, or a take-away. Go on, be brave, you can do it, who knows, it might even be enjoyable.

Then, on February 1st, we can all come back and have techno-fun until summer.

I'm actually a new user here and am still waiting for my account to be created, but to answer the 5-6 posters who never read the initial post,

Corey is currently working on the SQL with Absolut. This might affect the http service as well. His last progress post was at 9pm on the 11th, saying that 2300 accounts on Absolut have been recopied to the new hard disk.

Finally, people on Stoli, you're up next. Like the poster 2-3 posts up, just take January off. This will take a while, and I'm sure Corey and Brandon are feeling :rant2:and are ready to shoot the devs of MySQL and cPanel.

Please do not post here saying that "my web site won't work." Read the initial post by Corey... it's all you need to know.
