As I mentioned earlier, I'm clueless as to what suddenly happened that led to this - I've been using x10 on the same pc for the last 4 years over the same internet connection. Yes, occasionally I do access my cpanel while travelling, but then that's normal I guess.
2 things :
1) Earlier today I received an email stating my x10 account is suspended by the administration. It claimed that this is reversible, and for that I'd need to login. Unfortunately I cannot login since I keep getting that 'Halt!' message. What to do now? Can anyone from the staff kindly help sort this mess out?
2)Since my account is suspended (and not terminated), I hope that my files are recoverable. If my account cannot be restored, in that case can anyone kindly allow me just to download my scripts and files? Anyone from support please reply. Loads of hard work have gone in maintaining the websites, and I'd not like to lose them uselessly.
