Yes, knowing what browser and version, will help us narrow down and sort what is causing the problem for you.

Without that information we can only say how it behaves in the browsers we normally use, and for me it works well in chrome, firefox, IE8, safari, comodo and opera.

All are latest versions as far as I know, and used under windows 7.

i am sorry for all this.

Login to your Account Panel at http://x10hosting.com/control using your forum details.

Click on HOSTING at the top menu.

Your can find a link to your cPanel Control Panel as well as your cPanel Username there.

If you already had a forum account when you signed up for the hosting, and you did not start the signup from inside the account panel, a separate forum account would have been created.

Try using the e-mail you signed up for hosting with, together with the password you specified when you did sign up for hosting, when logging into the account panel.

To get it linked with this forum account, click Account-Forum account, and then the link called "You may swap usernames". Once done so enter the details of this forum account and click the button.

None of those were found, but it could be there's a delay and the actual hosting isn't created, you should have gotten an e-mail with the information in. I do know it can't be the first as it holds to many letters.

We can straighten this out, don't worry.

PM me with the following (I assume you do not wish the e-mail to be public):
Domain you signed up for
E-mail address used as contact e-mail

I'm sure we can find your account somewhere and sort it out.

Sorry, I missed that reply to the post.

You can PM me by clicking this link: http://x10hosting.com/forums/private.php?do=newpm&u=20998

Anyways, I did a look up on your e-mail, and it seem you never confirmed the e-mail address, when you completed the sign up you should have gotten an e-mail with a confirmation link. The actual hosting account will not be created until you confirm the e-mail address.

The e-mail could mistakenly have ended up in your spam folder, did you check there?`

Also you should be able to log in at http://x10hosting.com/control using that e-mail address as user name, and the password you set during the sign-up, once logged in there should be an option to re-send the activation e-mail so you can confirm the address.
