Hosting Account Suspended Message

Hi. I'm receiving this message from x10hosting "Hosting Account Suspended" when i tried to open my website, but in the control panel the account appear unsuspended. How i can solve it??? Regards

May I recommend that you create a new support ticket from within your control panel. A member of staff will then be able to investigate the matter further, and hopefully resolve this problem.

Also, I am unable to help any further since you have not posted your domain name.

I can see your site just fine at this time. Please try clearing your browser cache if you still have any issues reaching your site.
