If it has been gone for 2+ months, it is gone.

You can sign up for a new Free Hosting account if you wish.

I tried to re-signup for the free hosting, but it gives me this error:

"Error occurred during processing

An error occurred as your hosting account signup was executed. The error is shown below:

The username malkygb is already in use."

Can you sort this for me?

please login to the account panel at https://x10hosting.com/control and start the sign up from there (use the same user and pass as you do here at the forums), it is entirely possible the system detects your forum account, as with all new sign-ups there's also a forum account created.

There is no hosting account by the name malkygb in our system.

Hi,

I've already tried to just signup the hosting again using my username malkygb. This doesn't work because somewhere in your system my old free hosting account must still exist!!

This is getting very frustrating!

PLease can you investigate why I cannot redo my hosting under malkygb.

I still cannot re-add hosting to my account, same problem as before.

I do not find an hosting account by the name malkygb in the system. It is not present on any of the free hosting servers.

Send me an e-mail with the following and I'll sort it manually:
Desired user name:
Desired domain:
Mark that you agree to abide by our TOS [ ]
Password will be generated for you.
