There's no exact answer to that.
Depending on how many has chosen to sign up at the same time as you it can take all from a couple hours to 24 hours. All creations are put in a queue and are executed in the order they were entered.
Did you get the confirmation mail and confirmed your e-mail address? Until that is done the creation is on hold.
