How to Activate a Wrongfully Suspended Account?

I have been logging to my account at https://www.x10hosting.com/sso/login once a week.

I have not received any warning emails.

I have been logging into my account via a "live IP" - NOT using VPNs, proxies, etc.

Yet - I can not login into my account via the above link or in any other fashion.

How do I request a reactivation of my account?

How do I request a reactivation of my account?

IF you have meet the TOS requirement of no more than 30 days from your last log-in - why do you need to "reactivation" for your account ??

Because at this point I assume that it has been deactivated - apparently they can do that without sending a warning email.

Hi,

Your account looks to be active, and your website is loading fine. You were likely unable to sign-in due to an issue with the login form, which has now been fixed.
