What errors do you get, if any?
As far as I can see there's nothing preventing you from logging in, given that you use the correct password, which might differ from what you use for the forums.
If you are unsure of the password, you can reset it from your account panel (https://x10hosting.com/control), use the same credentials as here to login.

I got the Error when i login to cpanel:

This is either a temporary error that has been resolved or an error on your end, the url loads for me.
