I did notice that you were watching the thread as I started to type in my response, which is why I did assume that you'd stay around long enough to actually see the response, guess I was wrong.
After that you had a window of 35 hours before any action were taken, which should have been more then enough time to stop by and answer to that.
If you had replied to your original thread before the account was suspended again, asking for a bit more time that would have been possible.
We're not gonna give you a third chance to remove the offending content.

I coudn't get trough to the FTP server to remove the content. And I needed time to make a new album. Now that I was going to send it I can't do that either.
Of course it is your decision if you close down the site. If I don't have access to FTP server then you probably should delete my profile altogether.

I did mention in my previous thread that I'm not able to access FTP server. Second, nobody gave me any time limits. Due to time differences (I'm in Finland) 35 hours isn't really 35 hours. I'm not able to just sit and way for replies and I'm away from my laptop. It is maybe waste of time to continue this discussion but you are really strict with this - at least taking into account all the practical aspects.

My initial unsuspension was 2 minutes after your ticket opened, the response typed within 3. X10hosting sends an email whenever your account gets unsuspended or resuspended. Am I to understand you didn't check your email for 35hr?
And yes, 35hr is 35hr even if you're in Finland, all that changes is when the start and end times were locally. It's been handed down from 2 high-level staff members that it's a permanent suspension; continuing to try and fight it won't do any good at this point.
