Email accounts won't work and there seems to be no fix other than starting over with the same domain.

Is when I try to remove a email account. And when I access webmail, nothings there. I couldn't send or receive anything.

You appear to have approximately 56,000 emails in your Trash folder, most of which appear to be old cron emails, that is causing this error. Perhaps you could delete these emails?
