Resently X10 have not been so good!

Also only having 3 MQL databases is not compared to another FREE host i found..
Also having 100 addon domains KICKASS!
Here are there specks...

99.9% Uptime Guarantee: Yes
Instant Backups: Yes
Addon Domains: 100
Parked Domains: 100
Sub Domains: 100
FTP Accounts: 1
POP3 Email Accounts: 1 (catchall)
MySQL Databases: Yes
cURL?: Yes
Site Builder?: Yes Yes

Only 1 bad thing is the FTP accounts.... But for me i only need 1...

Should i move or not?

Also, you can get essentially the same thing by upgrading to the Ad-enhanced corporate package and purchasing doubleall ($4.95, one time).

Exactly what does "99.9% Uptime Guarantee" mean on free hosting? Since the user is not paying for the service, how would the service provider compensate the user if that 99.9% Uptime is not met?

Zip up your home directory.

Grab your Database from PHPMyAdmin.

Switch it to your new host.

Dude, it not that hard, as long as you got the same username and pass on da new host, just zip, backup database move and unpack.

I've moved stuff from localhost to x10hosting so many times I could do it blindfolded. It isn't hard; if something needs a new database host/password and whatnot, CHANGE THE CONFIG. Problem solved.

That statement is not true. I have seen many apologies, along with detailed explanations and suggestions, posted by staff and community members during all the recent turmoil with the upgrades and migrations. As has been stated hundreds of times, everybody is going to have much better service when this is all done. We must all have a little patience and we will be rewarded for that patience in the end. But if one does not have patience, try another host. Should you move or not? Personal decision. I doubt that many current x10 users are actually going to suggest that you move or make a recommendation about another service.

I don't think there's a free host with community as good as x10. Where else you can get credits for posting or helping others, credits you can use to get a logo or even a completely designed website?
