I undid my account suspension waited 24 hours and still suspended!

Hi, I am Carson also known as the owner of a minecraft server called Dere Server and, I was suspended for not being active. and when i try to connect to my site,(dereserver.pcriot.com) get the suspension error. I undid my account suspension waited 24 hours, and yet again I get the same error when connecting! PLEASE HELP!

Hi cooldud2,

It seems that you had hit the disk space limit on your account, and you were using the x10Hosting Basic theme. There is currently an issue with our Basic control panel where it will fail to load if the disk quota has been hit, which is why you were seeing a blank page. I've switched your theme to x3 so that you can access your control panel again, but please only switch back to Basic once your disk space is back under the limit.

Don't forget we also offer unmetered disk space, too!
